Gravel · Cyclocross · Road

Sideways is a direction. Three disciplines. One kind of dirt.

A pro cycling team, media house, and community hub. We're building it from zero and filming all of it.

Season zero

From safe teams to our own.

Results earn the trust, the story earns the fans.

Three pro riders are leaving safe teams to build their own. Autumn 2026 is our season zero: putting the team together and getting ready for the first camp and race.

A classic team sells a logo on the jersey and thanks its partners at the end of the season. We think people want to see more: how a team comes together, who rides for it, and what happens between races.

That's why the camera stays for team meetings and money talks. We film every race, including the ones we lose. Fans and partners are in it from the start.

Vision

Race, film, bring people along.

We've built the team on these three things from day one. Fans get a reason to follow us, partners get a story with a role for them.

  1. Results

Results prove it isn't a show.

Our riders are pros, racing a full calendar across three disciplines. We go after national titles, the international gravel series, and starts for the national team.

    Season and races
  2. Media house

    Built like a media company.

Filming is as much a part of the team as the mechanic. A documentary series, short videos, and a newsletter: three layers, each with its own job.

    How we make the series
  3. Community hub

On first-name terms with the riders.

We're building a club around the team, one that meets on the bike and off it. Partners get their own programme to get to know each other and the riders.

Documentary series

Every month is an episode.

A documentary series for our YouTube channel, in Czech with English subtitles. Filming starts in winter, and season one runs to the end of the 2027 season.

One episode a month: camps, races, and everything that happens in between. Each episode opens with a question and ends with the answer. When a race goes wrong, the episode still goes out.

How we met

The idea for the team came from the riders. They approached Kristián first, then Piero through mutual friends. It clicked: our skills and experience complement each other, and we were all ready to try something new.
